VNA of Ohio CarePlus has teamed up with TheKey to provide private-duty services to promote health, strength, and independence.
Together our organizations include registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, state tested nursing assistants, and home care aides.
We care together alongside the client, family, physician, and caregivers to develop an individualized plan that encourages independent living wherever the client calls home.

Our Private Duty Services*
Registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, state-tested nursing assistants, and home care aides provide the following services by the hour, by the shift or around the clock:
- Skilled nursing for medically complex needs
- Medication management
- Assistance with walking and/or transferring
- Assistance with exercise
- Personal care and grooming
- Meal planning, preparation and assistance with feeding
- Light housekeeping, laundry and linen change
- Companionship and respite care
- Errands, including grocery shopping and picking up medications
- Transportation and accompaniment for doctor appointments or social gatherings
- Specialized care for Alzheimer's/dementia and mobility disorders
Our Rehabilitation Services*
Physical Therapy:
- Improves individual's mobility, function and independence through education and exercise

- Improves the patient's ability to perform activities of daily living

*VNA of Ohio Home Health Care is licensed in OH and accredited by CHAP. We are Medicare and Medicaid certified and our skilled services are covered by the patient's health care insurance benefit.
